Bathroom cleanliness fell short of expectations!!! Shower and toilet need significant improvement, as neither was satisfactory during my stay. A bit more maintenance on the rooms could do wonders!!!

Didn’t like anything, except filthy mattresses.

The check-in process felt chaotic. Took a while to get keys, and multiple attempts led to none working. The room itself had potential but needed better maintenance. Comfortable blankets made for a cozy night despite the issues. The bed was decent, and there was a modern TV to enjoy. A couple of things really stood out in a negative way though. The bathroom cleanliness was a letdown. Shower and toilet areas required serious attention. On the brighter side, the manager Neal reached out to address some misunderstandings. That thoughtful gesture really impressed me.

We enjoyed our stay near the Grand Opera House—it was so convenient for exploring! Our room was comfortable for the whole family, including our small dog. The location made it easy to enjoy the local vibe and events.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved.

The front desk lady was nice, though that doesn’t save the experience. Found kids playing in the parking lot, and I can tell you it’s not the right spot for any family.

It wasn’t cheap but certainly unacceptable.
